I've been with Homeguide several years and has just started using the regularly. Of maybe 5 leads over a 30 day period, one was valid.
The others had bas contact info. I requested several refunds which always took more than 48 hours for a response. Yesterday I had a $21 balance which I asked to be refunded due to their horrible service.
Today the account shows$1 with absolutely no explanation. This company is as close to a scam as I've ever seen.
User's recommendation: There are better lead services available. Dont waste your money with these clowns.

I had joined home guide so that I could get some more clientele with my cleaning business. Everything's been going great for a while and now all the sudden this is the third time I've been charged for a lead for the same exact person. I would like my money back so if leaving a bad review is the only way I'm going to get my money back then so be it.

Every lead we paid for led to either a disconnected number or straight to voicemail. The one response we did get was from an individual claiming they never submitted a request for our services and was confused as to how we even got their number. We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company which has done nothing but steal our money for fraudulent leads.

Homeguide is a scammer, and I chose not to answer them on the phone several times, and no matter what I text them, they don't answer, they are just scammers, they don't even deserve a star.

2 people have called me THIS MORNING claiming you took their $50 and gave them my phone number to supposedly repair my roof. DECIST IMMEDIATELY FROM GIVING OUT MY NUMBER.
I NEVER CONTACTED YOU OR THEM. I WILL REPORT YOUR SCAM BUSINESS IF I CONTINUE TO GET CALLS!!!

Leads that go nowhere
If I could give HomeGuide a zero rating I would.
90% of the phone numbers are either "disconnected", "Not accepting calls at this time", or "Subscriber is not in service at this time". The other 10% either never requested the lead, the name on voicemail doesn't match up or they simply never correspond back.
Leads go nowhere.
I have requested refunds on almost all of the leads.
Refunds never happen. There is no one to actually speak to...no customer service phone number.
HomeGuide is a SCAM.

I bought some time for credits and they deducted $8.68 the first time for a client who never answered the phone or replied to my messages. After that, they only contacted me once.
Then, the next charge was $53 and some change, and the customer never contacted me again.
That's too back-to-back and I don't have a lot of money. I'm just starting out my business and to be cheated by this company, I think, is ridiculous.

This company is terrible! I signed up a while ago and forgot that they charge for leads.
However, I received a notification on Saturday that my card had been charged almost $35 for a lead, which was shocking! I have never had to pay for work and I want a refund for the money that you took from me!
I am definitely not going to recommend your company to anyone! I am still trying to figure out how to get my refund, or who I need to contact, because I do not have money to waste!

I've been on homeguide and receiving texts from homeguide suggesting me jobs and customers wanting my services and then not getting any responses back. I want a refund and my money back. And no more charges to my card.

I accidentally clicked skip on the payment page, so it paid by itself and withdrew $60 from my bank account. I want a refund as soon as possible because I find it frustrating how they are seemingly trying to extract money from me just so I can have a higher score on the page.

Im a groomer the does in home grooming not mobile vehicle. They group them together and keep having ask for refunds over and over .
And I have to explain the what I do and try and convert the future client . But most of the time after reading my profile they dont respond at all. And now has become a problem , I keep getting charged and then have to request the refund . Time is money and in the end it costs them more money having to pay people to do the refund .
Simple fix separate the 2 inhome groomer .:.::: mobile vehicle or van groomer they are very different. This becomes more and more confusing for the client . Also now they have to engage , when really they dont want too.
The video below shows when I started I didnt know I could request a refund , to they all timed out for request and they others that say paid same thing . Only 3 clients out of all of them were legit .

Space City Solar designs, procures, and installs rooftop solar panels and battery backup systems for residential and commercial properties in and around Houston, TX. We are not getting any leads from HomeGuide listing.
Could you please check if I have registered correctly?
Also, battery backup systems are in demand in this market. I do not find this service in your List of Services to pick from when I was updating our profile.
User's recommendation: Roof top solar panels offer tremendous savings. This system also lasts for 25 years or longer. This system must be designed right and installed correctly in the first time itself. So please hire well experienced companies like Space City Solar.
